If you purchase, request, or rely on third-party products or services, you do so at your own risk.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Future Data Collection
At this time, ABetterGospel.com may collect limited technical information that is automatically transmitted by your browser or device when you access the Site, such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, device information, and basic usage data necessary for security, performance, hosting, and functionality.
We may implement additional analytics, tracking technologies, pixels, tags, cookies, or similar tools in the future to better understand visitor activity, improve the Site, measure advertising effectiveness, personalize content, manage campaigns, and support advertising, remarketing, and retargeting.
If and when these tools are activated, we may use first-party or third-party cookies and similar technologies, including tools provided by Google or other advertising and analytics vendors. As described by Google, when a site uses Google advertising or analytics services, a browser may automatically send information such as the page URL and IP address to Google, and Google may set or read cookies in the browser to measure advertising effectiveness, provide services, and personalize ads where permitted by user settings and applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies or activating advertising and analytics technologies on your device. Your choices may be managed through a cookie banner, consent tool, browser settings, or other controls made available on the Site.
We may also use cookies or related technologies to:
Remember preferences and user settings;
Understand Site traffic and listener behavior;
Measure campaign and ad performance;
Support Google Ads, remarketing, and retargeting efforts;
Detect fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
Improve content, navigation, and user experience.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers also allow you to block third-party cookies or delete cookies already stored on your device. If you disable certain cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
For more information about how Google uses data from sites or apps that use its services, users can review Google’s disclosures and available ad controls.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, if posted. If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Privacy Policy regarding data practices, the Privacy Policy will govern as to those privacy-related matters.
9. External Links and Third-Party Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, players, donation tools, social media services, streaming providers, video platforms, payment processors, or embedded content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, terms, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site or service you use.
10. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational, inspirational, ministry, music, and promotional purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other professional advice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Better Gospel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, current, complete, or suitable for your needs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Better Gospel and its owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, streaming providers, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A Better Gospel and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Site;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your Submission or other content you provide;
Your infringement or violation of any law or third-party right; or
Your misuse of advertising, promotional, or interactive features on the Site.
14. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
Your name and contact information;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
We may remove or disable content in response to properly submitted claims.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, interfered with operations, infringed rights, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other protective clauses.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted on the Site unless a different date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any posted Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, or other legal notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and A Better Gospel regarding the Site.
